The data controller for this website is Chilly ApS, Lundgårdsvej 8, 9510 Arden, Denmark. This website documents robotics development, engineering experiments and technical projects. Privacy enquiries can be directed to robotics@chilly.ac.

If you contact us by email, we may process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, technical questions and correspondence. The site does not provide a public contact form.
When you visit the website, technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times may be processed by our hosting and website security systems.
3. Why we process information
We use personal information where necessary to respond to project enquiries, communicate with visitors and technical contacts, keep the website reliable and secure, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where any provider processes personal information outside the European Economic Area, applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards must be assessed.

The site links to external services, including the Chilly Robotics LinkedIn page. When you follow these links, the external provider may process data under its own privacy policy. Chilly ApS does not control the privacy practices of those websites.

Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, maintain relevant records and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical and security information is retained according to operational needs and the relevant provider arrangements. Data is reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
