3D Printing

Chilly Robotics are printing the parts for Chilly 3D, using the awesome Bambu Lab P2S 3D printer with AMS 2 PRO installed on top.

For Chilly 3D we are using PETG filaments, which are UV Stabile and stronger than PSA filament. For now PETG is the choice – should time show that robot needs to be stronger in the parts, we will move to ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) or PC (PolyCarbonat). A little more tricky to print, but substitute to PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) if needed.

Printer can print with 4 colors in 1 print, 5 if using the external spool holder.

The Bambu Lab P2S can print 256x256x256mm. at a time, 1 item or several parts on the same print plate.
